Madeline ("Maddie") Felix is an attorney at the law firm of Bloom Peters, LLC. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania.
Madeline represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution. She understands that family law disputes are both legally complex and emotionally challenging, and she works closely with clients to develop clear strategies that protect their interests and their families.
In addition to her family law practice, Madeline handles Orphan's Court and probate matters, assisting clients with estate administration and navigating the probate process efficiently and effectively. She also provides comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives, helping clients plan for the future, and protect their loved ones in guardianship matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Madeline served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge James M. McMaster, the Administrative Law Judge of the Family Law Division for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association. As a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Madeline writes articles for the WRITS, Bucks County's Legal Magazine and is a member of the Women's Law Division.
Maddie is a Bucks County native. She grew up in Warminster and graduated from William Tennent High School. She then earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. During her time at Penn State, Madeline worked as a research assistant for the Penn State Criminal Justice Research Center, and competed on the University’s Volleyball Team.
After college, Madeline earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School. While a student, Madeline competed for Delaware Law School’s Moe Levine Mock Trial Team and along with her partner won the Hugh B. Pearce Competition during her third year of school. Madeline was also a student lawyer for the Veterans’ Law Clinic where she advocated for veterans represented by the Clinic to receive necessary benefits from the VA.
When she is not working with clients or in the courtroom, Maddie is on the volleyball court playing both indoor and outdoor volleyball. Additionally, she coaches elite girls’ club volleyball. Maddie also enjoys taking her dog, Tink, on hikes with her husband.
