Anna Darpino received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York and her Juris Doctor from Widener University’s Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. In 2006, she was admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2007, after completing a clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Anna began her career as a civil litigation defense attorney at a Philadelphia law firm.

 

Over the last decade, Anna has represented a variety of corporate clients including a national retail pharmacy, a multi-national retail chain, and countless regional companies, both large and small. Through her representation of these clients, Anna defended a wide array of cases including catastrophic accidents, premises liability, complex torts, negligent hiring/supervision, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violations, and professional malpractice. Anna has regularly appeared in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before various administrative agencies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Ohio. Anna also has extensive experience providing guidance to companies on regulatory compliance, labor/employment issues, contract review and negotiations, and internal investigations.
