Sarah E. Mannning
Sarah Manning, an Associate at Bloom Peters, LLC, focuses her practice primarily on transactional work including estate planning & administration, family law, business law, and intellectual property.
Ms. Manning brings a balance of compassion and understanding to her clients along with her business background to provide well-rounded options and alternatives for important life decisions. She also completed the Darkness to Light Stewards of Children training and has a passion for protecting and advocating for children.
Prior to joining Bloom Peters, LLC, Ms. Manning was an attorney for firms in Delaware and Philadelphia focusing on estate planning, estate administration, business and franchise law. She also has experience with music clearances and licensing, real estate, landlord/tenant law, HOA/Condo Association law, and worked for JPMorgan Chase prior to law school.
Ms. Manning currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Charter School of Wilmington as the Alumni Director and is an active parent in her daughter's school.

Ms. Manning is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Manning earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School where she was Vice President of the Intellectual Property Society and a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. She was named a Merit Scholar and graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Ms. Manning graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, minor in Journalism, and from Goldey-Beacom College with a second Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
